As a Preferred member, you receive an in-depth plumbing inspection. Our highly trained technicians will assess your plumbing system to identify any potential issues and make recommendations before something happens. We will also flush and clear your AC drain line. This inspection is conducted every year as part of your preferred member plan.

Sometimes the unexpected happens. If your drain or sewer line backs up, we'll get things flowing, in the right direction! We do plumbing the right way. We'll also inspect the line to make sure the problem has been resolved or to find the issue causing backups. (Additional drain or sewer line clearing calls are at regular rates minus the applicable member discount.)

When there is a service or plumbing repair that needs to be completed, you'll get 10% off the total bill by being a preferred member.

As a Preferred member, you'll get priority scheduling over non members. Rest assured that when you have a plumbing problem, we'll put you at the top of the list!

As a Preferred member, you'll also have the added benefit of an annual water heater flush. Once your flush is scheduled, a plumbing technician will come out to flush your water heater and change the anode rod. This service to extend the life of your water heater by removing sediment and mineral build up, improving heating efficiency, and preventing premature break downs.
