As a preferred member, you will receive an in-depth plumbing inspection. Our highly trained technicians will assess your plumbing system to identify any potential issues and make recommendations before something happens. We will also flush and clear your AC drain line. This inspection is conducted every year as part of your preferred member plan.

Sometimes the unexpected happens. If your drain or sewer line backs up, we'll get things flowing, in the right direction! We do plumbing the right way. We'll also inspect the line to make sure the problem has been resolved or to find the issue causing backups. (Additional drain or sewer line clearing calls are at regular rates minus the applicable member discount.)

When there is a service or plumbing repair that needs to be completed, you'll get 5% off the total bill by being a preferred member.

As a preferred member, you'll get priority scheduling over non members. Rest assured that when you have a plumbing problem, we'll put you at the top of the list!

As a Plus or Premier member, you have the added benefit to have a phone consultation with a plumbing technician. When you have a need, just give us a call and we'll get the consultation scheduled.

As a Plus or Premier member, you'll also have the added benefit of an annual water heater flush. Once your flush is scheduled, a plumbing technician will come out and flush your water heater which helps to extend the life of your water heater by removing sediment and mineral build up, improving heating efficiency, and preventing premature break downs.

As a Plus or Premier member, you'll have the additional benefit of half-off the regular fee of inspecting one backflow preventer per year. We have certified plumbing technicians for backflow preventer inspections, and when you need one for inspection, they will come out, test and inspect the backflow device and submit the report to the proper agency.

Exclusive for Premier Members: Sometimes things just happen that impacts our plumbing systems, and they don't always happen during regular hours. As a Premier member, you'll have the added benefit of 10% reduction for after hours and weekend service calls.

Exclusive for Premier Members: Unfortunately, lines do get damaged. As a Premier member, you are covered for up to $5,000 per year if you have a water or sewer line damaged on the outside of your home. Whether it's a tree root, earthquake or a contractor installing a cable, you'll have the plumbing lines outside your home covered! (Some restrictions apply)
