This was a broken flange which caused the toilet to rock back and forth and leak.

Our technicians removed the old flange and installed a new one. This allowed the toilet to sit securely on the new flange.

Finally, a new toilet was installed. No more rocking and no more leaking!

Roots can be bad for sewer lines. This is a picture of a sewer line where roots grew right through the line causing a back-up into the property. We got it fixed and got the owner back into business!

A damaged sewer line was cut out. Once that was done, a new pipe was installed.
